Complete Terms for No Panic Parenting Giveaway

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Consumer Reports, Clek, Woolino, or Munchkin.

1. Eligibility: Participants must:

1. 1. be legal residents of the United States, its territories and the District of Columbia, or a member of the US Military temporarily based overseas with a US residence.
   2. be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence).

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.  Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and employees’ family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

   3. Sweepstakes Period: This Promotion starts on Saptember 23, 2024 at 12:01 AM EST and will continue through October 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.  

3. How to Enter:

1. Automatic Entry: All participants of No Panic Parenting will be automatically entered, unless they specifically contact Sponsor to remove their names.
2. Online Entry: Complete an entry for the Sweepstake without purchasing, by emailing the following information to [email protected]: name, address, e-mail, and telephone.
3. Mail-In Alternate Method: Any entrant may submit an entry to the Sweepstake by submitting their name, address, e-mail, and telephone to: Trueve LLC, Attn: NO Panic Parenting Giveaway, 6300 Powers Ferry Rd, Suite 600-178. Atlanta, GA 30339, to be entered into the Sweepstakes. LIMIT: One (1) entry per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period throughout the Sweepstakes Period. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked and received prior to the close of the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. Proof of sending an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due requests or Submissions, all of which will be disqualified.

Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Number of Allowable Entries: Maximum of one entry form per family, per household will be permitted for this Sweepstakes for the entire Sweepstakes Period. 

6. Prizes:  The following prizes will be awarded, one per selected winner:

• Consumer Reports: 3 free 1-year memberships (estimated retail value: $39 / membership)
• Clek Car Seats: $250 gift card 
• Woolino: 1 Woolino sleep sack (estimated retail value: $109)
• Munchkin: Night Owl Stroller with Lights (estimated retail value: $279)

No other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Each prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner must complete and sign Sponsor’s affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity release in order to receive the prize. Sponsor is not liable for the use, misuse or non-use of the prize.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: A total of three (3) winners will be selected, with each receiving a Consumer Reports membership, then the first also receiving the Clek car seats gift card, the second receiving the Woolino sleep sack, and the third receiving the Munchkin stroller. Each winner of the sweepstakes will be selected on November 1, 2024, under the supervision of the sponsor. Winners will be  notified by November 5, 2024 via, telephone call, e-mail or mail to the address on file within 2 weeks of the drawing date. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other privacy/security settings. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the time award notification was sent, or does not agree to the Terms herein, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In order to receive the Prize, each winner must first complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release. Said form includes an agreement to send Sponsor photos and share information on how winner plans to use the prize. The prize shall be provided within seven (7) days thereafter.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this promotion you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

By Participating in this promotion, you expressly consent to be contacted by Trueve, LLC (the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes) with offers regarding child and family safety information.

9. Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should fraud or other causes beyond its control affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine the validity of a submission and will not allow multiple persons to enter using the same reservation or home address.
10. Limitation of Liability: By participating you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iii) human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF USA AND GEORGIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Fulton County, Georgia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

They are solely administrative/ text messages regarding the Sweepstakes. You may opt-out at a later time.
