A couple of weeks ago, I did a segment on CNN about COVID and the additional risk carried by being overweight / obese – and I was overwhelmed by how many of you messaged me, thanking me for speaking on this topic – and asking what you should do.
Because so much of the conversation has revolved around the problem of excess weight and COVID – perhaps made you worried, made you scared – but has not talked about what you CAN DO about it.
That changes, now. I’ve been SO inspired by so many messages from you – and I commit to bringing you more information of the small changes you can make TODAY, to improve your health. Because that’s the goal. This isn’t to get you on a restrictive diet to fit into some size jeans. It’s about helping you make simple, sustainable, and totally-doable-in-your-busy-life-right-now changes, that don’t leave you feeling miserable or deprived.
