Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

The basics:

  • 32 ounces plain, 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 ½ cups mixed berries
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Basic Option 1:

Add ¼ cup honey or organic jam (add to taste)  for a super-easy blend

Instructions:

  1. In  a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients, and pour into single-serving containers
  2. Enjoy ☺

  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup raw shelled pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup flax seed meal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, syrup, and vanilla.
  2. Separately, mix seeds, nuts, and spices
  3. Into 5 individual containers, pour ¼ cup yogurt mixture into each glass.  Top with a couple tablespoons of the nut and seed mixture.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of berries.
  5. Then add yogurt again, repeating until all ingredients used.
