Almond Butter, English Muffin, Honey, and Banana Sandwich

(technically, can be made right when you want to eat, or is perfectly yummy made ahead). And I promise not to tell if you eat a scoop of Almond Butter out of the jar (hey, you have to clean the knife somehow, right?)

Ingredients:

  • English Muffin (substitute waffles if you’re being decadent, or sandwich thins if not)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ sliced banana (or try sliced strawberries)
  • 1 swirl of honey

Instructions:

  1. Lightly toast muffin
  2. Spread on almond butter, fruit, and honey
  3. Wrap loosely in a paper towel, and place in a plastic zipper bag, in the fridge
  4. In the morning, take out of the bag, and while still in the paper towel, microwave for 5-10 seconds
